Welcome to Becoming Chaotic Life Strong!

The following PDFs are sample exercise flows anyone is welcome to explore and try out for themselves. These exercise flows are examples of how I structure my workouts as I pursue my definition of strength outside of the gym.

How To Use These Flows

Each flow can be adjusted for difficulty or exercise level.

For beginners, you can reduce the amount of reps and or sets to get used to the exercises and be gentle with yourself for doing something new.

For advanced, you can increase the amount of sets and or reps to your liking. Or, if you are familiar with these exercises provided, then you may substitute them for something else.

The point is to move through each exercise with intent, instead of trying to complete them for time or rush through them.

Why These Flows Exist

I made these flows, and my Chaotic Life Strong Philosophy, as stated in my More Than Muscle Articles, because I was tired of being told everything was my fault when I couldn’t keep up with a consistent sleep schedule, perfect nutrition, training 5 days a week, and I was afraid of re-injuring myself.

My Philosophy Behind The Flows

Life gets in the way. We’re always short on:

  • time
  • money
  • sleep
  • food
  • motivation
  • willpower
  • or whatever else you’ve been told is the reason your health is horrible.

If life gets in the way and you have to take a pause, like how I took A one year hiatus from BJJ, by all means, the flows will always be here when you’re ready to come back.

Why Chaotic Life Strong Over Gym Strong?

Because strength doesn’t require perfect sleep, flawless nutrition, or 5-day-a-week consistency. It’s about moving with intent, listening to your body, and building resilience within your life, not against it.

No one is here to pressure you.

No one is here to guilt you that you’re never achieve your (fitness) goals.

And there is no one here telling you that you’re doing fitness, or being human, wrong.

If these flows help, then that’s great! If the flows were horrible, then I appreciate anyone who willingly gave them a try.
